Skill:
Sumo deadlift high pull
3X10 with dowel

WOD:
3 Rounds for total reps
1 min. of work for movement. 30 sec. rest between rounds

Sit-ups with Abmat

Post-WOD Stretch:
Back releases
Hamstring stretches
Straddles
