side to side lunges
butt kicks
quad jumps
10 sit ups
10 push ups
10 air squats
shoulder dislocates

Skills:
Front squat
Overhead squat
Back squat

WOD:
5 Rounds for Time
400m run
20 box jumps (12")
100m farmer's walk shuttle
