  3. Deadlift, 3x5reps - 142lbs, 162lbs, 182lbs for 5 reps
    Squat, 3x3reps - 105lbs, 125lbs, 145lbs for 6 reps
    Press 3x3reps - 60lbs, 65lbs, 70lbs for 4 reps

    Deadlift Note: Accidentally did 5 reps, not 3, my bad.
    Press Note: After only doing 4 reps, I was dissapointed, so I did 1 set of 5 reps of 60lbs
