    Deadlift, 3x5reps - 132lbs, 152lbs, 172lbs for 7 reps
    Squat, 3x10reps - 95lbs, 115lbs, 135lbs for 13 reps
    Press 3x5reps - 55lbs, 60 lbs, 65lbs for (5,10,5) reps

    (Squat Note: 3x10 reps instead of 3x5 reps - my bad)
    (Press Note: 55 first, 65 second, then backed down to 60)
