Individual warmup:
5 ring rows
5 pushups
5 squats
5 second handstand (against wall)
Group Warmup for 10 minutes:
10x standing hollow body roll to candlestick
10x long jumps
10x switch drill
10x down dog to up dog
10x shoulder openers of your choosing (dislocates/roundtheworlds)
5 3 1 Strength session
Skill: Clean development

I already did my Wendler for the week. So just worked some light Deadlift form (95#).
